Me about to beat up Drew
I'm on the left with the two-handed sword. This is in Garema Place, Civic
in Canberra before the Chess pit area was remodelled.
Me and Doug training
This
is where the medieval group I was with about a year ago used to train. The
Ancient Arts Fellowship, a Canbera based metal-weapons group still trains at
Latham every Saturday afternoon
Ben helping me get into my
armour
This was at one of the annual nation-wide get-togethers. This
was a scout camp in Armidale (NSW) I think.
All dressed up
Me again
(hey, I get to put all my photos first, cause it's my homepage!). In costume,
padding, arm-harness, mail and a coat of plates (bit of an icky green colour, I
know). 2h sword, and short sword. BTW if anyone is interested in buying my
stuff, let me know (most of it is in the $200-$300 range).
Some of my old roleplaying
friends
Matt, was our usual GM, me and Sam in my lounge room. I own my
own house (Yay!), well the bank owns it, and I'm gradually getting it off them
- I got sick of moving. In a traditional manner, a house of roleplayers has a
name, in this case it's Discordia (our team for Cons is Dissension after all).
My first housemate and his
girlfriend
Phil and Eleanor being silly (as usual). For some reason the
digital camera we were using (borrowed from Phil's work - thanks Phil) turned
all black to a strange greeny colour. The first three photos on this page were
scanned normal photos, it's only the last 3 that are from the digital camera.
Phil - beardless!
Phil
at the Armidale medieval convention in 1996 (or was it 1994?) - Hope I haven't
ruined his image TOO much with this photo (heh).
My bookcase
This is
my bookcase before I reorganised and moved most of the roleplaying stuff 'cause
I got too much. The videos are stored if the shelving to the left of the
bookcase (mainly Trek and Blake's 7).
