Max speed is equal to functioning engines
No shields or gun power
Engines cannot be pumped
Helm power cannot be re-allocated
Does not decelerate at the end of a round
Carbo bay items will not function in freighter cargo bays
Once per phase an accelerate/deccelerate/turn action may be done with no skill check (still generating 1d6 OOC though)
