500 years after the Time War began, the Time Lords were constructing a full range of TARDISes from the Type 103 to the 105 Time Dreadnoughts. Time Dreadnoughts were designed to fight the Time Lord's enemy in the Time War, the Daleks. They are equipped with hundreds of small copies of Gallifrey's Prime Eye of Harmony, and with the aid of the mineral Taranium these Eyes power a massive Time Destructor. This weapon can erase an entire star system from history and can easily rupture the exo-shell of a TARDIS.
